Intro
The Computer Science Students Association at Kumasi Technical University needed a digital platform to unify their student body and showcase their programmes. Founded in 1993, COMPSA has been generating skilled tech manpower for Ghana, but lacked a centralized online hub for communication and information sharing.

The Problem
Students and faculty struggled to access important information about programmes, events, and association activities.
No centralized platform for announcements and academic schedules
Difficult for prospective students to learn about available programmes
Limited visibility into executive leadership and association structure
Missing online payment system for dues and event registration
Approach
I developed a comprehensive association website that serves students, faculty, and prospective members effectively.
Built programme showcase featuring B.Tech, HND, and Diploma offerings in Computer Science and AI
Created executive profiles section to highlight student leadership
Implemented integrated payment system for dues collection
Added blog and gallery sections to document association activities and events
Results
The website successfully unified the COMPSA community with improved communication and accessibility.
Centralized information hub for all academic programmes and schedules
Streamlined dues payment through integrated online system
Enhanced visibility for association events and leadership structure
Improved engagement between students, faculty, and administration

Conclusion
This project demonstrates how digital platforms strengthen student organizations. COMPSA-KsTU now has the infrastructure to better serve its members, attract new students, and continue its legacy of producing innovative tech talent for Ghana and beyond.
